What is Sound Healing?
Sound healing is a practice that uses sound and vibration to help the body return to a natural state of balance and ease.
Most people hear that sound healing “calms the nervous system,” and that’s true. Certain sound frequency can help the body shift out of stress and into rest. But sound healing is not just about relaxation techniques or fixing symptoms. At its core, it is a practice of listening.
In daily life, we move quickly and often live from the mind. Sound healing invites us to slow down and listen to the body, its tension, its rhythms, its need for rest. When we stop pushing and allow the body to soften, the nervous system settles on its own. From there, emotions naturally quiet, thoughts become less tight, and energy begins to flow more freely.
